Mace was born out of a vision to find a better way of doing things. Our founders perceived that the construction industry was hungry for change in the way that it procured and delivered projects and we have been a leader in the construction management field ever since.
Contracting and fixed price solutions were first offered to clients in the late 1990s and are now an integral part of the overall Mace Group service offering.
For a number of years now, Mace Group has provided construction solutions across a variety of market sectors including commercial offices, retail, residential, hotels, data centres, homes, education, local government and aviation. Our construction services expand beyond the UK and we recently completed The Venetian in Macau, the company's first construction management project in Asia.
We believe that construction projects of varying sizes and procurement routes require different approaches, skills and team spirits which is why we have dedicated subsidiaries.
