The Minories is a new build residential student accommodation based in the heart of the City of London. The development comprises of accommodation for 188 students. Sense have been working with JG Land to achieve value for money at pre-planning stage.

The team has focused on developing design solutions that not only provide best value to the client, but have kept a high level focus on environmental sustainability in the construction and operation of the final building.
