Sense has been appointed as part of the Mace team to provide an integrated management of 100 East Road incorporating both project management and cost consultancy expert advice.

100 East Road is a new build student and commercial development in
Hackney, London. The mixed use development comprises 220 student
studios with commercial and retail units at ground level.

Sense, as cost management consultants, have worked closely with JG Shoreditch LLP and designers to ensure the client is achieving maximum quality whilst maintaining a required level of cost, accomplishing the desired functionality of the building.

The development has also achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating. Other design team member include:

• Feilden Clegg Bradley as architects 
• Robert West consulting as structural engineers
• URS Corporation as services engineers
• Mace as project manager
• Mansell as main contractor
