Sense scores high at Ropemaker

The integrated team at Ropemaker has secured a customer satisfaction score of 97% from British Land, following the on time and under budget practical completion in May.
The £150m shell and core building is being delivered through an integrated service offer, with Mace providing project and construction management services, Sense providing cost consultancy and Mlogic providing fixed priced logistics. Matthew White, project executive for British Land commented on the combined services: "The [team] worked really well together...they welded themselves into an effective team."
This was further endorsed by Richard Elliott, head of construction for British Land: "The quality of the people on the job was of a very high standard."
