First phase of Hartlepool Sixth Form College delivered

Mace and Sense have successfully delivered the first phase of Hartlepool Sixth Form College, opening the doors to students four days ahead of schedule to the delight of the principal, Rick Wells.

Involving the refurbishment of a Victorian merchant's house and an atrium connecting it to a new teaching facility, phase two is scheduled for completion in September 2010 and will involve demolition and the construction of an extension to the merchant's house.
