Sense

Sense was established in 2004 by bringing together two strong teams within the property industry. One team comprises the existing cost consultancy division within Mace and the other followed Chris Goldthorpe from his previous practice, together they provide a team with a wealth of skills and experience.

The integration enables Sense to offer a unique professional cost consultancy service which can draw upon real time cost information from other areas within the Mace Group. Sense provides added value to Mace's multi-disciplinary business and is pivotal to achieving the vision of a totally integrated consultancy. Sense has grown to over 90 staff offering cost management services to our clients throughout the UK.
