Macro assists developers and interim owners associations prepare the necessary documentation required to ensure a smooth transition to a registered and licensed owners association. Macro has the capability to offer the following consultancy services:
- Providing tailored advice to assist developer or interim owners association through transitional period
- Advising on all matters relating to Jointly Owned Property law
- Assist with formation of interim owners association and interim board, agenda and necessary forms required to facilitate such meetings
- Assist with compilation of governing documents including the Jointly Owned Property declaration, relevant by-laws and community rules
- Service charge modeling and budget preparation for general and reserve funds
- Asset management strategy and system implementation
- Coordinate the registration and establishment of owners associations
- Organize the first general assembly meeting of the owners association and preparation of agenda
- Review, digitise and organize all files including:
- All financial data
- All resident files
- All governing, rules, regulations, association constitution, by-laws and other resolutions
- Setup your property and all accounts in an owners association management system
- Set up your accounting system, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc
- Contact all vendors and service providers to update their account information
- Review of all existing service provider contracts with necessary recommendations and actions
