Macro has worked with Independent Television News (ITN) since 2006, initially in a support role and from 2008 as the facilities management principal contractor for ITN's head office at 200 Grays Inn Road, London, the organisation's Norman Foster signature building. The contract is initially for a term of three years with an opportunity to extend further. Macro provide both strategic and tactical management.

Since Macro began working with ITN a number of significant changes to the delivery of FM services have been made. Initially, Macro redesigned the M&E services to enable clear responsibility and accountability and to facilitate accurate performance measurement. Cleaning services are currently being tendered.

Macro's independence from any given supply chain provided tangible benefits for ITN, including improved value for money, correct alignment of supplier to service and facilities management that was both transparent and well managed.
