Information

Macro has been commissioned to provide facilities management support services as this prestigious development moves from construction to full operation. Leading on the commissioning and acceptance of this multi faceted complex. This is now a three year fixed price contract for complete facilities management and service delivery role.

Challenge
Macro were specifically sought to support this project. We were required to mobilise a team at short notice to take on this complex task. In addition to providing our own resources we were required to identify a suitable supply chain and establish an approach to the management of snagging and accepting the site on behalf of the client including witnessing commissioning.

Outputs
Macro has a number of key deliverables including:

• Mobilising site management procedures
• Mobilising a suitable supply chain
• Snagging of site conditions and services
• Reviewing proposed O&M manuals and as installed drawings
• Establishing transitional FM services during phased handover
• Developing a resource structure for the site in full operation
• Service Provision includes;
• Building services maintenance
• Fabric maintenance
• Cleaning and Pest Control
• Security and access control
• Car park management
