ITN appoints Macro to 3 year FM contract

As reported by iFM today (7/5/2008) Macro, the FM arm of the Mace Group, has won a three year facilities management contract with ITN.
Macro has been providing technical services advice to ITN for the past two years, assisting in the review and procurement of the organisation's service requirements.
This newly negotiated role will see the firm deliver mechanical, electrical, cleaning, internal planting, recycling and mailroom services to ITN’s head office at 200 Grays Inn Road, London, building on a successful relationship and performance Macro had already delivered.
Working for news media giant ITN represents a significant consolidation in a new sector for Macro, establishing our ability to provide high quality critical services in pressurised working environments.
Talking to iFM, Roger Kravitz, facilities manager at ITN, commented: "We have developed a good relationship with Mace Macro over the last two years and now is the right time for us to outsource these areas. We are confident that Mace Macro will deliver a good service to us and it will enable ITN¹s internal property team to focus fully on other business-critical functions."
