Bill Heath: Chairman/Managing Director (International)
Bill Heath has been the driver of the development of Mace Macro and prior to that other facilities management related businesses for the last 14 years. Bill is Chairman of Mace Macro and Managing Director of Mace Macro International. Bill is primarily focused upon the Middle East market and is based in the UAE.

Peter Brumby: Managing Director (UK)
Peter was a founder member of the Mace Macro board. Peter has extensive operational and advisory experience in both the public and private sectors. A chartered engineer by background, for the last 15 years Peter has had significant roles in the development of high profile facilities management businesses. Peter’s focus is on ensuring Mace Macro’s capabilities are genuinely and evidently unique in the market.

Alison Hartigan: Director
Alison was a founder member of Mace Macro and is a highly skilled operations director who has over 25 years of tactical and strategic facilities management experience. Alison is currently responsible for the managed services business stream. Before joining Macro, Alison spent ten years with British Airways where she was head of facilities management and led several strategic projects including the re-engineering of the supply chain to achieve cost savings in excess of 40%.

Alison is a motivated individual who enjoys challenging conventional methodologies in an attempt to improve quality, value and client satisfaction.

Chris Bampton: Finance Director
Chris has worked in the finance arena for approx ten years and is an expert in creating financial models for the control and management of facilities management services. This experience is invaluable in helping to understand the typical problems a finance department faces on a day–by-day basis and in developing the high quality management information that enables business to undertake informed decision making.

Ross Abbate: Business Development Director
Ross Abbate is the Business Development Director for Mace Macro. Ross was appointed in July 2007 and is responsible for establishing new client relationships and supporting Macro to target our service delivery solutions at the specific needs of our clients.

Ross, a qualified electrical engineer, has over 12 years experience within the Facilities Management industry in a number of regions across the world including the Americas, EMEA, Asia and Australiasia.

Barry Clarke: Head of Operations, UAE
Barry is responsible for Mace Macro core service delivery to our clients in the UAE, both operational and consultancy. Barry has an extensive operational background in critical environments and has also led significant teams in PFI environments; this has provided Barry with a core competence in development and management to complex SLA’s and KPI’s.
