Information

Como was appointed on the fit out for client Societe Generale in July 2007. The project team was required to start on site just one week after appointment and with work taking place in an occupied space, every effort was made to minimize disruption to the buildings occupants.

The scope of works included the refit of a 300 person dealer floor and associated break out areas at Societe Generale's office in Tower Hill. The extremely fast track programme and high quality finishes made this a challenging project but it was handed over to a delighted client on time and under budget.

On the back of this project, the Como Special Projects team completed further works in the building for this client.
