Information
Como’s first project for Unicredit (formerly HypoVereinsbank) comprised the fit out of the 6th to 9th floors in the landmark 19 storey Moorhouse building in Moorgate transforming 7400 m2 landlord cat A office space into Unicredit’s new London Headquarters.
The project scope included the formation of new 250 person dealer areas, offices and meeting rooms and includes new partitions, ceilings and floors, joinery, kitchen and W/C areas and finishes etc.
The mechanical and electrical services, new IT and data installations are supported by a new main comms room at level 6 which includes high density cabinet areas and secondary comms rooms located on each floor. Extensive modifications to the basebuild services were required to provide the N+1 backup to the dealer floors, which necessitated the installation of a new roof plant which was positioned using an 800 tonne crane located adjacent to London Wall.
The project was handed over to the client in September 2006 on programme. We have recently completed the fit out of levels 4 & 5 for Unicredit and our special projects team continue carrying out smaller works in the building.
