In March 2008, Como delivered the high quality fit out of Three Valleys Water's new headquarters in Hatfield Business Park.
The client took a strategic decision to consolidate head office activities onto one site with staff moving in from Hatfield, Bushey and other satellite locations.
The project had very specific time frames to fit into with each floor subject to individual practical completion dates to allow the client to get beneficial occupation.
The works spanned over 75,000 sqft on four levels and incorporated the construction of open plan office space, meeting rooms and fully integrated AV systems.
Environmental issues were a priority on the project and the building achieved a ‘very good' BREEAM rating.
