Appointed in a project and programme management role, Mace is currently delivering the Fairmont Palm and Resort, a development that stretches over 460 metres of beachfront on the trunk of the famous Palm Jumeriah.
This 5-star beachfront hotel comprises 381 luxury rooms and presidential suites, a privileged lounge and a willow stream spa overlooking Dubai's shores from the trunk of the Palm Islands.
At 14 storeys in height, the top four floors consist of seven luxury branded duplex penthouses. In addition to the hotel, the resort will also feature signature restaurants (including a jetty restaurant extended 135m into the sea), a health club, out door leisure activities, beach clubs, and three swimming pools set in extensive landscaping.
