Mace is project managing the delivery of Riffa Views, a gated mixed use development anticipated on a total development area of circa 270ha, 25 km south of Manama, Bahrain.

Riffa Views envisions a resort community based around an 18-hole PGA golf course. The master plan accommodates 1009 residential units of different size supported by an international school, hotel and country club, and mosques.

Mace's role is to provide full project management services to the client. This involves the management of a number of consultants and development of the overall master plan, design and documentation, tender appraisal and construction.

The development offers villa designs with two, three, four and five bedrooms on plot sizes ranging from 200sqm to more than 1,8000sqm with built-up areas ranging from 195sqm to 850sqm. The largest villas may be customized to suit the client's specifications.

Riffa Views Signature Estates has also made agreements with internationally renowned sporting celebrities. These include tennis star Boris Becker, who is endorsing the Riffa Views project and the tennis facility and Scottish golfing legend Colin Montgomerie, in association with European Golf Design, is the signature designer of Riffa Views new 18-hole tournament golf course and a nine - hole short course.

Development includes also for hotel and country club facilities, international school, two mosques and golf course maintenance facility. The development also includes the construction of a facilities area containing a sewage treatment plant and a reverse osmosis plant for landscaping irrigation.
