  • Initiation of measurement systems

In 2007 and 2008 Mace project managed an extensive part of Marks and Spencers’ delivery programmes, of circa £800m and £450m, which included development schemes as well as store refurbishments. Delivery of these programmes was achieved with tight control of budgets and exceptional quality delivery by a team aiming to drive value at every stage.
