Information

The London Library is the largest independent lending library in the world. The project involves the refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed building including intrusive structural and architectural alterations to the listed building, 1930's building and newly acquired 1950's building.

An unusual aspect to this project was that all of the MEP services were visible and therefore the quality and co-ordination of the services was paramount.

The MEP services value for the first phase of the project was £2 million and involved complete LTHW installation, small power and lighting, public health, security and IT works.

The scope also included the installation of primary plant and equipment for subsequent phases of the refurbishment.

MLogic provided the provision of integrated logistic support services with the Mace construction management team.
