Mace is proud to be delivering the Ajman Corniche Residence Project, a large mixed use, commercial and residential development in Ajman, one of the Northern Emirates within the UAE. The Emirate of Ajman is situated on the coast of the Arabian Gulf, extending over a distance of 16 kilometres long, and rests between the Emirates of Umm Al-Qiwain and Sharjah. The project is backed by the Ajman Government who have engaged an international team of consultants to act on their behalf for the project.

The building itself is located along the Corniche Road in Ajman on a prime sea fronting site overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

The building comprises a 200m long structure of varying heights enveloped by a flowing wall of glass interrupted on its surface by dramatic openings of varying shape and size forming sky gardens.

The two highest sections of the building will stand a fifty four floors built on top of an eight level podium. The height of the building is 202m to the top of the roof level service floor on the highest sections. The building contains a one level 5m basement. The footprint of the podium envelope is approximately 200 meters by 60 meters and almost fills the plot boundary.

The building comprises 1139 residential units, together with a clubhouse located on the podium roof which includes a swimming pool set in a heavily landscaped environment.

In addition, the residential element of the development, it will include a retail area in the order of 21,000 square feet located at ground level overlooking the sea frontage.
