As reported in Property Week magazine, Mace Macro headed up the FM operation for Ernst & Young's new headquarters building, managing the relocation of 5,500 staff from offices across London as a result of Ernst and Young taking the step of consolidating its eight London offices. The article discusses the new strategy Ernst and Young has adopted to offer a new management consultancy that includes providing real estate advisory services and how the office move had to be an exemplar of its own property strategy if they are going to provide corporate real estate advice to clients.
