Having a successful computer aided facilities management (CAFM) background mixed with strong call centre experience has made Imran the ideal candidate to set up and manage Macro’s help desk. Previously engaged with Interserve (UK) and Haden Building Management (UK) on high profile projects has meant Imran is used to delivering high specification call centre and CAFM solutions. During his Gulf experience with Emcor he was involved in delivering a 24/7/365 FM call centre for HSBC, Barclays, Al Rostamani, Sorouh & ADNEC.
He has an in depth knowledge of various CAFM software including Concept, Maximo, Planet FM and TABS. Also, Imran is skilled in conducting internal FM audits and formulating work flows/processes. Using all of these skills means “Key Performance Indicators” and “Service Level Agreements” are established and adhered to. From a consultancy perspective Imran has a wealth of knowledge relating to asset gathering, coding/scheduling and CAFM procurement/implementation.
Imran has worked in the FM industry for 14 years and has been with Macro since January 2009.
