Mace Group, as its name implies, has grown to become a multi-faceted organisation, delivering services via dedicated subsidiaries allowing us to offer a full service for any phase of the building and property lifecycle. Where we have identified a need to improve the industry's standard, we have created a company to do just that.

Timeline of the development of the Mace Group:

2002
Macro was established to extend the Mace offer into the post-completion phase and facilities management.

2003
Como Group was established in January 2003 to provide special projects contracting (under £10m).

2004
Sense Cost Consultancy was set up to provide a dedicated cost management service to its own clients as well as supporting Mace's own projects.

Mace People was set up in 2004 to give the group a dedicated recruitment business.

2005
Mace Plus, an extension of the company's contracting offer, is our major projects contracting subsidiary (projects over £10m).

2006
Mace Business School is the company's learning and development service, reinforcing our commitment to driving improvements across the industry, consistently harnessing the potential of our supply chain, and promoting our status as industry leaders.

mseven is our fixed price mechanical and electrical contracting service, building on the Mace engineering team's reputation for excellence and specialist knowledge in this area.

mlogic provides stand alone logistics solutions, expert site planning and procurement all delivered in an integrated and cost-effective manner.

2007
Mace Sustain was set up in 2007 in order to offer our highly regarded safety, health and environment consultancy combined with CDM and social inclusion programme management to the wider market.
