Role: Director
Ron is an executive director of Mace International, responsible for industrial sector and global client accounts. He brings to this role some 30 years' experience in the property and construction industries, working in both client side organisations and on the service / delivery side.
Qualifying originally as an architect, he worked for 5 years in The Far East before moving into client roles, firstly working for Al Fayed Investments (Harrods, London and The Ritz, Paris) and then as property director for a UK stock market listed property development company. Following a three year period in New York where he set up a project and facilities management business, Ron returned to the UK in the mid nineties to run a construction company for 5 years.
In more recent years, Ron focused his career back into consultancy work, working for international real estate consultancy DTZ where he has worked on large PFI deals and advised corporate occupiers generally in all matters relating to the technical side of their estates and their capital investment programs.
